SIG’s Sourcing Resource Center (SRC) Thought Leaders Council is presenting the second in a series of presentations offering groundbreaking insight for members on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI). In this part of the series, we will explore the sourcing process when these approaches are selected as a strategy. In this program, we will describe how to conduct explorations with the available providers and advisors and what can be learned from piloting the solutions before selection and roll-out.
