Based on SIG Member feedback, the SIG Resource Center (SRC) Thought Leaders Council has selected, “Partnering with Finance”, as an area where additional research and best practices can be aggregated and reported to the Membership. This session will focus on why partnerships with Finance are valuable, how successful sourcing teams have formulated partnerships with Finance, and how such teams have leveraged the partnership to increase sourcing performance and drive mutual understanding of the goals and objectives of each function.
