In today’s highly uncertain, competitive and digital environment, we understand that only businesses that are responsive, adaptable and agile will thrive – but what is procurement’s role in enabling this? Is it to stay laser focused on delivering savings, or is it much more? Outcome-based procurement is a new delivery model that is becoming the primary driver of procure-to-pay transformations. Instead of a procurement organization focusing exclusively on cost-cutting, it can focus on the outcome and integrate technology and processes to achieve that outcome.

Topics covered in this presentation included:

  • What “outcome-based” procurement is and the potential impact
  • The value levers in this model
  • The technologies/services that make it possible
  • What your organization can gain by using this model
