This presentation will provide a practical review of how Halliburton and Perfect Commerce collaborated to develop a global e-catalog program. In it we will share how the two organizations worked together to get end-users to identify opportunities and ‘pull’ the catalogs into their operations rather than have corporate ‘push’ them. This will include an overview of the roles, responsibilities, tools and resources used, the problems encountered along the way and the solutions generated. If you are thinking about starting a catalog program or looking for ideas to improve an existing program, this session should not be missed.
Topics in this session included:
- Halliburton’s spend, scope of catalogs and areas of opportunity
- The initial deployment process and the results obtained
- The challenges encountered and the solutions established
- Lessons learned and future objectives
