The session provided insights into how companies planning a new managed services outsourcing adventure can structure their initiative to maximize value and mitigate risks. Presenters reviewed how expectations, services and millennial environments have contributed to an evolved playbook to ensure the transition of services results in efficiency and effectiveness.
