The conditions are now ripe for us to take Government’s digital transformation to the next level. Rapid technological advances, particularly in big data, Internet of Things (IoT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI), have the potential to fundamentally transform Government for the better. At the same time, we face increasing manpower constraints and an ageing workforce. This is even as we seek to do more to support the public and our businesses.
