2020 brought a lot of change, and Indigo’s customers changed with it. They started buying a lot more online rather than in-store. With online sales dramatically increasing, the need for drop ship vendors became critical to hit revenue goals. 

The issue? Onboarding vendors took too long. New vendors were sent multiple documents to review and fill out. Different workflows and multiple manual verifications were required based on supplier type. It took several months.
