Our organization is implementing a new contract repository system, and we are consequently researching how best in class organizations build the support structure within their companies – specifically, how is the organization structured to handle new contracts and contract terms in the database (i.e. a centralized contract management team, a decentralized group of contract managers that can enter new contracts into the system, etc.). If the process is centralized, what is the associated workload for that team, and if decentralized, what quality assurance measures are put in place to maintain data integrity in the repository?
