Initiative Background:

We are looking at replacing the system we currently use for creating, storing, and managing confidentiality agreements.

Inquiry:

1. Do you have a customized solution, an off-the-shelf software package, basic paper & file, or something else, and what does that process entail for each of those methods of handling?
2. Do you accept electronic signatures? What exactly does that mean to you? (e.g., scanned PDFs of signed documents, typed names, click-through agreements, electronic certificates, other)
