Original Inquiry
I am looking to gain a better understanding of the use of Contact Relationship Management tools that exist and are used at other SIG Member companies. This software is used by our recruiting teams to identify and track potential candidates “pre-interest” (prior to the point they initiate the process to become an employee and are tracked in Taleo). Off the shelf would be the preferred choice. I have included a list of requirements we are looking for in the tool.
- Send e-mail blasts and campaigns (scheduled blasts) to:
- Recipients found from search of job boards
- Recipients loaded from spreadsheet
- Provides tracking metrics on number of e-mails sent, opened and clicked

Allows e-mail to be customized with candidate information (e.g. name)
- Prevents sending e-mails to anyone on a Do-Not-Solicit list
- Includes link in e-mail for recipients to opt-out of receiving additional e-mails
- Single Repository for All Do-Not-Solicit Lists
- Candidate Searches
- Real-time keyword searching of multiple job boards from single portal
- Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and Broker Hunter are most used
