Sourcing leaders across the globe are increasingly focused on the opportunities presented in ESG initiatives. California Water Service Group is no different. Join this session to learn how this innovative collaboration between the Procurement and ESG teams has helped address Green House Gas Emission reductions targets. California Service Group will provide an overview of their specific reduction initiatives supported by Procurement, including supplier decarbonization program, renewable power procurement strategy, and sourcing for onsite solar projects. You will learn how to initiate a supplier decarbonization program, assess renewable power procurement strategy, and apply sourcing strategies to solar contract models (PPA vs. ownership contracts).
