Over the past few years, Robotics Process Automation (RPA) has rapidly become a key tool for automating operations. However, RPA is just the start of the journey and is now being combined with additional Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based tools to bring a new meaning to digitalization. In this session, the presenter analyzed the journey and outline the potential for moving beyond RPA to apply new digital process models to outsourced processes and shared services organizations.
