In the era of talent scarcity, many innovative Sourcing and HR organizations are learning they must strive to become a “client-of-choice” in order to attract and retain the flexible workers they need to get vital work done. Sourcing professionals can play a critical role in achieving a successful outcome in the increasingly competitive talent market by partnering with their Human Resources and Talent Acquisition colleagues.
