Company digitalization is well underway. It coincides directly with a whole host of other major and rapid transformations bringing about real change in procurement management practices. Procurement managers have seen their role change a great deal in all organizations, from small and medium enterprises to large corporations. Technology is the driving force behind this digital revolution, but the change is so fast-paced that it is difficult for procurement decision-makers to take a step back and grasp the potentially interesting ways it could be applied. As Artificial Intelligence increasingly seeps into our daily lives, just how exactly is it affecting procurement?

In this white paper, we take a look at the impact of AI on the improvement of procurement management activities, and more specifically we look at the area of “predictive spend”. This form of analytics involves going one step further with regard to purchasing performance by favoring a pro-active approach to managing expenses, coupled with extremely refined project management capabilities.
