Are You Ready for Robots in Procurement?

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) has become a buzzword these days and in some cases, robots are being lauded as the greatest disruptors of the procurement domain. While the hype is real, very few organizations have gone into granular details in defining procurement automation, identifying procurement processes for automation and understanding how to calculate a return on investment in automation. In this session, presenters walked attendees through some common procurement use cases that can be easily automated. They also discussed how certain key procurement metrics such as compliance, lead time, efficiency, visibility, productivity and data integrity are impacted by automation.
