If you are having trouble loading a lesson or listening to the audio, please verify Litmos’s minimum system requirements at https://support.litmos.com/hc/en-us/articles/227737127-Litmos-Frequently-Asked-Questions#faq0. We find we have the best results using a Google Chrome browser. Also please ensure you have downloaded the latest version of flash player. If you continue to experience audio issues, please email us a screenshot of the slide/lesson you are having trouble with at [email protected].
Make sure you have played the lesson to the end of the last slide, then click the next module button or exit button. If after doing this your lesson still shows as complete, please don’t retake the lesson multiple times to “complete” it unless you want to. We want to avoid frustration of taking lessons repeatedly. Email us at [email protected] and we will help troubleshoot the issue with you and provide suggestions or a solution.
If you get less than an 80% on a quiz, you will need to retake the quiz. You may wish to review the material prior to retaking the quiz.
Yes. Students of the CSP and C3PRMP program must post in the discussion forum at least three times per week. These posts can either be responses to faculty questions, your own question on a topic from that week, or responses to other classmates’ question(s). Failure to do so will affect earning your certification.
Click on the week’s Learning Path and then click on the discuss tab. Remember it is best to write out your answer in word or another program, make any necessary edits, then copy and paste it into the discussion forum as the text box in the platform is small.
Yes. Students of all programs are required to submit an essay prior to graduating unless you are taking the CPE track of C3PRMP. You may submit your essay in one of two ways: via emailing the SIG University Support team at [email protected] or via form submittal at https://app.smartsheet.com/b/form/b47a57caaf1a4e928db47ad7241f6d74
Students are required to submit an essay that demonstrates proficiency in a topic covered in the program and how they hope to apply the lessons learned in their job function and/or organization.
Most students tend to spend 2-7 hours per week in the classroom depending on the program they are enrolled in, number of lessons, quizzes, reading material and each individual student’s own learning style.
If you are having trouble loading a lesson or listening to the audio, please make sure you are on Google Chrome for the best results. A list of minimum system requirements can be found at https://support.litmos.com/hc/en-us/articles/227737127-Litmos-Frequently-Asked-Questions#faq0.
Once coursework is completed you can still access it from your Home dashboard. In the middle section of your screen where your courses/learning paths are listed, click on the filter for “Completed”. You will be able to access all coursework that has been previously completed by you.
You will retain access to the Litmos Platform and all course content for 2 weeks following the completion of the program. At that time access will be removed. If you are not a member of SIG, your access to the SIG Resource Center (SRC) will also be removed at that time.
Yes. Within 2 weeks following completion of all requirements for graduating you will receive an email from Litmos to a virtual graduation which will walk you through next steps including how to download your certificate. You will also receive a badge from our digital badging partner, Credly, which you can share on your social media platforms announcing your accomplishment.
Some emails as well as content can be blocked by company firewalls. When reporting Continuing Education Credits, evidence of completion should be uploaded with the form, including but not limited to certifications of completion, confirmation of attendance, etc. You can report continuing education via this form > Continuing Education Form.
All certifications must be renewed every three years to remain valid. SIG University certification programs are renewable by providing proof of Continuing Education (CE) credits earned or by retaking the program and are subject to applicable fees. A detailed explanation of re-certification guidelines can be found at: https://sig.org/sig-university/certification-maintenance.
