WEBINAR – Controlling Complex Spend: A Sourcing Playbook for Indirect Services, presented by Fine Tune
Complex indirect services are among the most difficult areas of spend to source and manage effectively. Fragmented data, opaque pricing, shifting cost drivers, and aggressive supplier practices can make it difficult to establish accurate baselines, compare proposals, negotiate sustainable agreements, and preserve savings over time.
Join Fine Tune executives for a practical discussion of how sourcing and procurement leaders can bring greater control to hard-to-manage indirect spend. Drawing on more than 20 years of category experience, Fine Tune will examine how organizations can uncover hidden costs, strengthen commercial terms, validate supplier charges, and maintain effective oversight throughout the contract lifecycle.
Using examples from tricky expense categories within facilities and utilities, the speakers will illustrate challenges and approaches that apply across a broad range of other complex service categories.
Attendees will leave with actionable strategies, real-world examples, and a clearer framework for managing complex indirect spend in support of savings, operational performance, and broader enterprise goals.
