Regina joined the Global Procurement Team of T. Rowe Price in 2020 leading the Corporate Services Procurement Group. Building strong relationships with her team and business partners has been a rewarding and exciting aspect of her responsibilities at T Rowe Price. Strong commitments to continuous and early communication with clients remain a professional and personal aspiration as she continues to champion change, process improvements and participation in new assignments such as the CFO-DEI efforts and Chair of one of TRP’s Global Business Resource Group’s (BRG) WAVE.
Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Regina was recognized as an industry procurement leader specializing in the transformation of Global Procurement and Sourcing Organizations for 25 + years assessing organization structure and aligning activities to support strategic business goals. Regina has extensive and varied experience working in Financial Institutions as well as Technology organizations. Involvement with Risk and Governance Management, Relationship Management, and Strategic Planning created a platform for her professional development. Additionally, over her career, she has successfully maintained a strong network of industry professionals.
