Pat Byrne

Pat Byrne is Head of Procurement for the Dallas Cowboys Football Club. He was hired as the inaugural executive to create, design, implement, and direct a formalized center-led procurement team, leading oversight and coordination of all procurement, strategic sourcing, travel, and supplier risk management compliance activities for all Football Club and other Owner enterprises and investments. Prior to his role with the Dallas Cowboys, Pat worked in procurement and strategic sourcing leadership roles across many direct and indirect categories in the electronics and building materials manufacturing industries. Pat holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Political Science from the United States Naval Academy. After graduation he served as a Naval Flight Officer, specializing in strategic airborne communications and intelligence. Pat lives with his wife Natalie in the Fort Worth area and has two adult children living out of state, a daughter in the hospitality industry in Nashville, TN and a son in the U.S Air Force currently stationed in Korea. Pat and Natalie fully embrace an ‘empty nester’ lifestyle, enjoying two rescue dogs recently added to their family, both of which take up a disproportionate amount of their time (and money).
