Kate Burke is a seasoned professional with over a decade of experience at MassMutual, where she leads Category Management for the Affiliated Distribution channels. Known for negotiating some of the firm’s largest and most complex deals, Kate has a proven track record in delivering impactful results and driving strategic growth. Kate believes in building strong relationships with suppliers, executives, and business partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment on strategic objectives. With experience in mergers and acquisitions, she excels in managing complex financial transactions and contract negotiations. Holding an MBA from the University of Massachusetts and a Certified Sourcing Professional (CSP) designation from SIG, Kate is also advancing her expertise through a Leadership & Management Certification program at Harvard Business School. In addition to her professional accomplishments, Kate actively contributes to the community as a board member and Treasurer of a non-profit child care center in the Springfield area, demonstrating a commitment to both leadership and social impact.
