Jamie Crump's procurement career includes a variety of industries including banking, equipment rental, IT, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, and welding and medical supply. She founded The Richwell Group in 2017, a consultancy in supply chain, supplier diversity, and ESG. Crump is the author of Backstage Pass: Pulling the Curtain Back on the Business of Supplier Diversity that looks at how supplier diversity intersects with other areas of business. This "missing business strategy" shows how a supplier diversity business strategy makes a company more competitive and profitable. She is a frequent speaker at procurement, supplier diversity, and leadership events globally. Currently Jamie serves as an advisory board member for Diversity Professional, ProcureCon, and Hovair Systems Manufacturing, Inc.
