He has an extensive background in implementing new procurement infrastructure and optimizing existing technology investments. Having worked in procurement organizations at companies such as QBE Insurance, Webster Bank, and Fannie Mae, Anders has gained valuable insights into the distinctive requirements of a diverse range of industries. He frequently saw procurement resourcing being asked to do more with less - leading him to recognize the urgent need for a comprehensive, holistic solution for procurement. With this experience, Anders founded Focal Point with the goal of helping organizations extract maximum value from their procurement spend.
