Now retired, Richard most recently served as the Vice President for Corporate Development, where he led high-impact strategic initiatives in new product introduction, market development, and global partner programs.

His career was defined by a deep expertise in B2B eCommerce, stretching back to the mid-1990s at GE. There, he was instrumental in launching the Trading Process Network (TPN), the industry’s first online marketplace for sourcing and procurement.

• Entrepreneurship: Co-founded B2eMarkets, a pioneer in SaaS Sourcing Suite provision.

• Thought Leadership: Served as an influential industry analyst for the Aberdeen Group, covering the Supply Management market.

• Innovation: Prior to his final role at Zycus, he specialized in bringing P2P (Procure-to-Pay) innovations to market, helping global clients achieve world-class system adoption.
