Ryan Gianni, Senior Director Consulting, Chicago, GEP
As a Senior Director at GEP, Ryan has 15 years of experience in the Supply Chain consulting space. He has broad ranged supply chain planning, fulfillment, and inventory management experience across multiple industries. His primary focus is on strategic cost take-out, revenue growth, operating model and process design, and automation initiatives in creative and practical ways for his clients. Sree Mangalampalli, Global Supply Chain and Procurement Executive
Sree Mangalampalli is a global supply chain and procurement executive with 20 years of experience in advising, strategizing, executing, digitizing, and transforming complex supply chains and procurement organizations. As Vice President at Tada, he has led corporations across industries—including manufacturing, technology, and consumer goods—to realize significant multimillion-dollar value through innovative supply chain solutions.
Prior to Tada, Sree held key operations leadership roles at major enterprises such as Polaris Industries and Kimball International, where he drove strategic and operational improvements.
