Yesenia Protopapas is a Sourcing Director at Keurig Dr Pepper, a leading producer and distributor of hot and cold beverages designed to satisfy every consumer need, anytime and anywhere. Based in Frisco, Texas, Yesenia drives cost savings, negotiates strategic contracts, and identifies long-term opportunities for value-added initiatives that support KDP's success. Before joining Keurig Dr Pepper, Yesenia honed her expertise in sourcing at global industry leaders like Anheuser-Busch InBev and Ericsson, building a robust foundation in global supply chain management. Yesenia holds a Bachelor’s in Global Business, a Master’s in Supply Chain Management, and an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas. She is a founding member of KDP’s Women in Supply Chain organization and currently serves as the co-chair of the KDP Hispanic Employee Resource Group. Additionally, she contributes to shaping the future of the industry as a member of the Supply Chain Advisory Board at Collin College. Passionate about fostering inclusivity and professional growth, Yesenia is committed to inspiring the next generation of women to pursue careers in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics). When she’s not working, she enjoys exploring the outdoors, diving into a good book, and giving back to her community.
