Overview

The Innovation Hall will take place in the Broadway Prefunction. The Innovation Hall will have dedicated hours in which no other sessions will be happening so that our Delegates can enjoy focused time with our valued Sponsors.

Wednesday, April 2, 2025, during the Opening Night Celebration from 5:30 to 7:30
Thursday, April 3, 2025, at 10:30 AM and again at 2:30 PM
Friday, April 4, 2025, at 11:30 AM and again at 3:30 PM

Set up and tear down

Exponents will have the Innovation Hall booths ready for set up at Wednesday, April 2 at 1:00 PM.
You will have 3 hours available for set up.
Booth teardown will be on Friday, April 4, at 5:00 PM.

What You Can Bring

You are welcome to bring anything that you like as long as it’s contained within the footprint of your booth space.

SIG cannot accept packages on your behalf so please arrange to have everything with your team or arranged directly with the resort if anything needs to be shipped. If shipping items on your company’s behalf, please send directly to your team member staying at the hotel.

Booth Sponsors are welcome to bring a prize for giveaway during the Summit. SIG will work with your designated representative to facilitate the raffle at your booth.
