Her achievements include pioneering the development and implementation of a supplier diversity training program at TealBook. Lisa authored a community management roadmap to create a world-class customer community by coordinating with industry experts and thought leaders, as an SME. Previously, she launched and implemented an IT Vendor Management program, introducing QBR reporting, documentation tracking, and administrative, tactical, and strategic approach baselines. As a driver of continuous improvement who is always rethinking what's possible, she has documented success in transforming complex business obstacles into tangible solutions. Lisa is also well adept at using a data-driven approach to build best-in-class supplier diversity programs while setting clear goals to mitigate risks and improve supplier diversity. When Lisa is not busy speaking publicly or organizing training, she enjoys meeting new people to expand my professional network. Lisa also enjoys working with colleagues within the newly established North American Supplier Diversity Community to share best practices in ESG-supplier diversity and procurement.
