CME Group’s procurement program was well established, and the purchasing culture was performing well. Talking to outside resources led company management to agree that a transformation was unnecessary. CME Group has focused limited resources on evolving the procurement tools, procedures, and processes to better align with corporate goals and stakeholders’ objectives. During this session, CME Group will discuss how these changes have led to better engagement with stakeholders, improved efficiencies, and enhanced supplier performance.
