In all of procurement, no skill is more vital than stakeholder management.  The quality of stakeholder relationships can determine whether Procurement’s ability to drive value is fully leveraged or is significantly limited.  Bob will share some insights into gathering an understanding of a stakeholder landscape and how to translate that understanding into effectively managing communications so as to establish positive and enabling stakeholder relationships.
