From mobilizing suppliers for climate action to making them part of a net-zero journey, buying organizations are dealing with increasing levels of complexity when it comes to engaging, defining, and ultimately measuring the effectiveness of their global supply chains.

There is no doubt that social and environmental factors (ESG) are the new and expanded metrics by which an organization’s status as a responsible corporate citizen is established and solidified. However, the ability to meet more traditional objectives relating to the timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services are still a priority. The key is finding the “”balanced link”” between social imperatives and financial goals.

Joining Dawn Tiura at the SIG Procurement Technology Summit will be executive thought leaders from American Tire Distributors, CDK Global, Coca-Cola Consolidated, and Yahoo who will provide their insights on successfully transforming their supply chains to align with both social imperatives and financial objectives in the following key areas:

Identifying and defining your ESG goals

Assessing and mobilizing your organization’s ability to achieve the desired results

Assessing and mobilizing your suppliers to become effective partners in the initiative

Quantifying ESG initiative outcomes

Attend this session for an unprecedented look into how industry-leading companies are successfully addressing the challenges of ESG supply chain readiness.
