Procurement-as-a-Business: Tips for Building a Customer-Centric Procurement Capability

Procurement has historically operated as a policy-mandated business function rather than a customer-centric service organization.  Shifting our operational approach and mindset to one where procurement becomes a business-within-a-business enables new levels of collaboration with our stakeholders.

In this session, we will explore ways in which procurement leaders can codify customer-centricity into their processes. The end result: alignment of the procurement model with the needs of the business, and an experience compels stakeholders to proactively engage with their procurement peers. This is truly the “art” of procurement!
