Low Cost, Web-Based RFx

We are looking for a low cost, web based tool to manage our end to end RFx process. Does anyone have recommendations?

Requirements:

  •  A tool to create and manage Sourcing events
  • Create and monitor bid timelines
  • Provide a side by side comparison of bidding criteria and award suppliers
  •  Maintain historical event records
  • Offer reporting Options
  • Security (keep events closed to the public)
