Veolia Environmental Services created a Center-led Strategic Sourcing department in August 2007. Over the last seven years, these efforts have significantly reduced working capital and improved EBITDA. With over 300 unique locations within 4 divisions, it hasn’t all been easy. This session will present the bumps and bruises and lessons learned along the way.
