Tipping the Scale: Reynolds’ Supplier Risk Management Program Creates a Balance between Cost and Risk

The business environment is constantly changing due to increased regulation, globalization, outsourcing of non-core activities and redefined industry best practices. The result is the need for a comprehensive supplier risk management program. This session will provide an overview of Reynolds American’s journey to develop a comprehensive supplier risk management strategy, create supplier risk management tools and enablers and design a future state roadmap for implementation. It will also highlight challenges faced and adjustments made during the process, as well as key lessons learned. The session will be beneficial to participants who are implementing, or considering implementation of, a supplier risk management program.
