Digital transformation, digital IQ, digitalization…all different buzzwords to describe the same phenomenon. It’s undeniable that the enterprise IT landscape is shifting, and in addition to the Traditional IT requirements, organizations now have to meet new digital challenges. While Traditional IT relies on well-planned, process-driven projects with known outcomes focused on reliability, Digital initiatives are more unpredictable, which requires them to be more agile, multi-disciplinary and experiment-driven. In other words, we are living in a bimodal world with two different IT environments that require different approaches and therefore different sourcing strategies. Don’t miss how Coca-Cola was able to launch its largest global digital marketing initiative by fully embracing this concept!

Topics in this session included:

  • Main considerations when outsourcing Digital engagements
