We all agree that bribery and corruption have no place in the corporate world and yet they continue to cause a battle. In the past decade, governments around the world have turned to stricter laws and sanctions to combat unscrupulous practices by businesses and even entire regimes. How can companies effectively balance the demands of regulatory compliance with the need to achieve strategic objectives? This session provided  methods for gaining practical insight into technology deployment and steps for conducting proper due diligence to ensure ongoing compliance.
