Irrespective of whether one is involved in traditional procurement or outsourcing, managing change and stakeholders are tantamount to success. In this session, you will learn how to assess and categorize key stakeholders within your organization to identify opponents and proponents, and subsequently convert opponents into proponents. This session will cover the intricacies of a change management plan that communicates across various levels to articulate the business drivers and objectives of the change. You will also learn how to segment the population based on the impact of the change to optimize your communication strategy.
