Corporate Services are undergoing structural change resulting from the onset of digital business and different workplace demographics. New strategies and operational models for provisioning corporate services are already emerging. For example, services such as mail and print volumes are declining, thus increasing unit cost. Parcel volume is increasing and amenities offered by employers are on the rise requiring a higher level of customer service.
