One of the most pressing issues in the talent management space today is the ever-growing contingent workforce. But with its expanding presence comes risk and bears the question…is a contingent labor program mandatory or optional? Companies today are faced with a decision regarding how to implement a managed service program to ensure visibility and reduce risk in their contingent workforce.
