Current governance frameworks are built around traditional sourcing models using labor rate cards to measure performance against contractual SLAs (Service Level Agreements). But traditional governance models have limitations. While they have contributed to the overall efficiency of workflow processes, businesses cannot rely anymore on traditional models that may be susceptible to subjective analysis and have a reactive approach. Topics covered in this session included:
- What information areas are key to creating a robust governance framework
- How to identify potential risks and opportunities in current processes/vendors
