As corporations are looking for the first “green sprouts” of economic recovery, a changing dynamic in the marketplace has arisen. This will cause organizations to adopt a different view of indirect services expenditures and their relationship to a company’s Total Cost of Productivity. The categories that comprise more than 80% of indirect services expenditures within any corporation are Human-Capital related. Services such as Consulting, Marketing, Accounting, Legal, Temp Labor, and others are all directly related to some form of human productivity. HCMWorks is seeing a trend for major corporations to require greater visibility into these categories, in order to gain greater control, savings, and into the Total Cost of Productivity.
