Original Inquiry

We work for a large corporation, with a spend of approximately $100 million+ per year in contingent labor, and currently are in the process of establishing a rate card for all of our positions. We sent out a request for market rates from our preferred suppliers to use for establishing our rate card but we are in the process of creating appropriate market rates from these data points. Can you please share with me how your organization benchmarks its rates or the analytical methodology used to establish a rate card? Our biggest challenge at this point is determining what the adequate market rates are for our positions, and what an appropriate compliance level looks like/should be.
