We are looking to have a process in place to vet vendors before starting any contractual or dealing relationship with them and also doing the same with our exiting vendors. Reason for putting this process in place is to avoid any kind of relationship with Terrorists or Terrorist organizations and Anti Money Launderers etc. Note: We would also like to Vet key officers of the company such as Board of Directors and Signing Officers.
