Original Inquiry
The Bank is considering going to a local/regional scope from a national approach with HVAC service. We are interested in others who have made this change and the end results–better performance (worse?), cost influence, service response, etc. We prefer to hear from other financial institutions as a response to this question but will enjoy hearing from any company who has made this transition in the last few years.
