Sourcing Prioritization Model

Use this template to prioritize sourcing categories. Includes important considerations such as: grouping, category, controllable spend, non-controllable spend, number of stakeholders (e.g. business units), stakeholder names, number of vendors currently in category, date of last bid / negotiation, new vendor transition difficulty, owning business units willing to switch vendors, level of industry margin, and complexity of requirements.
