Supply chain professionals work with contracts in different formats as they engage outside parties. In some cases, they rely on terms and condition on the back of purchase orders. In other instances, they use robust agreements that often times require input from their legal department.

The session will explain the policies that typically influence a company’s decision to use basic terms and conditions for certain types of engagements while requiring the use of comprehensive agreements for other types of engagements.
