Managing Service Providers for Bankruptcy Reports

    We are a financial institution. In support of our delinquency process we receive an updated bankruptcy report on a daily basis which is used to determine appropriate works flows. If you also have a similar process we would appreciate any information you can share on these topics.

    1. Does your organization have service levels agreements in place regarding the timeliness of the file delivery?
    2. If so do the SLAs have a financial penalty?
    3. Can you share the SLAs?
    4. Can you share what company you use and any others in the marketplace?
