Global Collaboration - Supplier Relationship Management and Qantas

At Qantas we are consciously focussing on collaboration within the Group, our service partners and even governing bodies and the broader industry.

The biggest challenge in this collaborative environment is communications and keeping all the stakeholders informed and up to date with the latest and most relevant information regardless of country or time of day. Implementing tools to keep on top of all of the moving parts was instrumental in the successes of various projects. In conjunction with the tools, the Supplier Relationship Management and Governance of these relationships had to be adjusted accordingly to compliment the business outcome. Taking the concept of “working better together” to a whole new level.

Maximising the Agility of your Organisation through Alternative Talent Sourcing

In this presentation, you’ll learn how AMP achieved visibility into their contingent spend and achieved greater security within their external workforce engagement, while maximising their organisations agility and ability to engage with best-in-class talent.

Globalisation and new ways of working have dramatically changed how individuals interact with organisations. Today, it’s likely that the top talent needed by a company might not be, and might not want to be, on the payroll. As companies race to become more agile and competitive in every aspect of their business, it’s increasingly important they have easy access to specialised talent - including contingent workers, Statement of Work-based consultants, freelancers and more – to establish the optimal teams to complete projects and accelerate business outcomes. We’ll explore how you can match your business needs with the right workers and evolve your sourcing strategies to succeed in the age of digital business.

Join a leading Australian financial institution as they discuss the evolution of their end-to-end external talent strategy.
